Open to hauliers who have been, or intend being, regularly engaged in the international carriage of goods by road and who hold an International 'O' Licence.
RHA International Operations are centred around the RHA International Department located at Weybridge. The International Department consists of:-

- Audrey Cawsey - General Administration
Heather Wallace - TIR, IRU & Group Web site Co-ordinator
Basic advice and help in given to all RHA members, but those that join the International Group obtain additional services including a monthly bulletin, a Group Directory, Newsflashes on major incidents, translation assistance, help with foreign legislation problems, list of European Traffic Restrictions, two conferences a year, an active Committee and a dedicated Web site.
